The position is responsible for maintaining and developing the business relationship with the Automation accounts in Torreón and Saltillo , increasing our market share with all product lines while displacing the competition. The responsible will diversify sales into Automotive, Power, Electronics and Medical segments with our direct customers and channels in the region
Responsibilities:

Detect opportunities while visiting Machine Automation customers in the Region.
Maintain good communication with Robert Bosch Group: Users and Integrators.
Create and maintain a solid database of Robert Bosch Key contacts in the region.
Create and maintain a solid database, of our and the competition products, in the region locations.
Provide service and support to local Eng. Firms, OEMs, and Integrators to boost our brand presence in the region.
Diversify our brands portfolio with existing customers in the region to maximize opportunities.
Diversify our customer base, detecting new business opportunities in the region, specially in Medical and Mining segments.
Provides customer insights into the product development process, through all the related areas of the company.
Maintain updated knowledge of the broad range of products and services provided by the company.

Requirements
Required Experience:
3 years in sales positions
1 to 3 years in technical automation sales (desirable)
Required Education:
Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, chemical, electrical, electronics, mechanical, control or alike
