As a Recruiter, you will support or be responsible for running the full cycle recruitment process. You will guide and facilitate the hiring manager and team to a successful hire. Executing the Talent Acquisition Strategy for the region or assigned client group, you will deliver the resourcing policies, framework and processes that drive constant external market awareness to build and maintain Equinix as the employer of choice.

What you will be doing
You will build solid relationships with Hiring Managers to ensure a smooth recruiting process and advise them regarding recruiting standard methodologies, market trends, issues and challenges
You will plan different sourcing strategies to ensure solid pipeline of candidates
You have the ability to coach and partner with your hiring manager and the interview team to ensure preparation for the interview process
You can interact with all levels of management to negotiate and exchange information regarding recruitment process
You are capable of developing tight-knit relationships with candidates to assess skill and culture fit for Equinix
You are responsible for the candidate experience and act as their advocate. Evaluate skill level, lead offer process, conduct reference checks, and make salary recommendations. Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring manager, senior management, and other groups as necessary
You will propose and implement ongoing improvements to Equinix’s recruitment efforts
What you should have
Experience with recruitment preferred in IT companies
Experience with proactive candidate sourcing
Savvy on systems & Social Media
Working experience with ATS (applicant tracking system)
Bachelor degree
Advanced English
