Summary of Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for converting dental and medical leads into bookings while building a pipeline of referrals for future bookings. You will need to have great communication and listening skills and be passionate about helping patients achieve their dental and medical goals.

Pay & Benefits:

Basic salary ( start from $15 – $20 USD per hour
Sales Commission up to $2,000 -$3000 USD monthly
Phone and Internet Allowance $70 USD monthly
Unlimited vacations (Paid)
Dental/Medical Discount

Duties & Responsibilities:

Convert all warm leads received by phone, chat, email and other communication channels into bookings
Coordinate appointment bookings between dental/medical providers and patients
Actively listen to patients’ needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.
Log and track all leads through our CRM.
Respond to all leads within the agreed SLA.
Collaborate with other inside sales team members to help achieve company goals.
Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings.
Work within the agreed schedule.

Ability to self-manage, show initiative and be proactive
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing to coworkers and customers
Track stats through agreed dashboards.
Help build the world’s largest global medical and dental online agency.


3- 5 years Sales experience.
2+ years Contact Center experience.
Ability to handle high volume of email, phone, chat, social media traffic (leads & prospects)
Experience working with clientele with diverse accents, of all ages, backgrounds.
Natives English (verbal and written)
Excellent listening and writing skills
40+ WPM typing ability
Travel savvy – international travel experience will be an advantage.
Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM and other tools.
Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
Night and weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
Experience with elderly clients is a plus.
Familiarity & knowledge of dental and medical procedures is a plus.
Spanish Language is a plus
